Function calculates the dust diffusivity.

Parameters:

sim (Frame) – Parent simulation frame

Returns:

D – Dust diffusivity

Notes

The diffusivity at the first and last two radial grid cells will be set to zero to avoid unwanted behavior at the boundaries.
